Robert “Greg” Fisher, 60, of Charles City, Virginia, and formerly of Henrico, Virginia, passed way unexpectedly on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019. Greg loved animals, history, relic hunting, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. Greg was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Fisher. He is survived by his mother, Mary Lee Fisher; loving wife, Jo Anne Fisher; aunt, Kathleen Shultz; and numerous cousins and friends. Margaret W. Mihalcoe, 81, of Providence Forge, Virginia, passed away Feb. 18, 2019. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed singing, sewing, crocheting, and gardening both flowers and vegetables, as well as cooking. No one ever left Margaret’s home hungry. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, John Mihalcoe Jr.; son, David James Mihalcoe; and son-in-law, Bill Long. Frances Payne Bouknight Tyler, 85, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, in Henrico, Virginia. She was born on Mar. 11, 1933 and is the daughter of William Miller and Frances Turner Bouknight. Frances was reared in Edgefield County, South Carolina at her family’s inherited plantation, Mulberry Hill. She was the wife of Harrison Ruffin Tyler, grandson of the tenth United States President, John Tyler. She was born in Redwing, Minnesota on September 18, 1925. She was the only child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Victor Eldred Jenson of Providence Forge, Virginia. She was a lover of music. A classically trained pianist, she obtained her music degree from Peabody Conservatory of Music/John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
