Will Ashley, a freshman track and field athlete from Providence Forge, was named to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) All-Academic Team for the FY2024-25 year. To receive the honor, a student-athlete must compete in one of their school’s respective conference sports and earn a grade-point average of 3.25 or higher.
New Kent High School seniors Michael Hetzel and Matthew Gentry were named to the Class 3A all-state First Team. Hetzel was selected as a first baseman to the team. Gentry received the nod as a pitcher.
