Glennis Ann Wyatt departed this life suddenly on March 2, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband, James E. Wyatt Sr.; daughter, Shanita W. Brown; sons, William L. Wyatt and James E. Wyatt Jr.; ten grandchildren who loved their “GenGen” so much, Shontazia Brown, Shateka Brown, Khairi Wyatt, JaQuane Wyatt, Marvin Brown Jr., Shanijah Brown, Jaelah Wyatt, Kaleb Wyatt, Samone Wyatt, and Jaiden Wyatt; four great-grandchildren, NiAjah Jones, Iviona Cotman, Kingston Wyatt, and Imani Cotman; and a host of other dear relatives and friends. Gordon Henry Harris entered eternal rest on Feb. 20, 2023, at his home in New Kent, Virginia. Gordon was born on July 30, 1938, in Farmville, Virginia. He was a steel fabricator and spent over 50 years in the trade. Gordon loved his work so much that he was still employed with his buddies at American Metal Fabrications in Richmond, Virginia, when he passed away. Warren Lee Owens, 79, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2022. Warren was born in Mathews County, Virginia, and raised in Highland Springs, Virginia, where he met his love of 53 years, Sandy. Warren and Sandy moved to New Kent County in 1981, where they raised their two children. Warren worked as a painter for W.W. Nash for 13 years. He moved on to being a painter/wallpaper hanger for Colonial Williamsburg for 25 years, where he retired as a foreman and master wallpaper hanger in 2007. Robyn was born on Dec. 23, 1952 and grew up in Chesterfield County. She worked at Phillip Morris as an executive secretary, retiring after 34 years of service. Lucille Paul Briere, 91, died on Nov. 18, 2022, in Richmond, Virginia, surrounded by the love of her family after having a long and abundant life. Lucille was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, on Apr. 13, 1931, the only child of Claudio Joseph Paul and Irene McDonald Paul. Following the passing of her mother when she was quite young, Lucille traveled to the Convent of the Sisters of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin in Nicolet, Quebec, Canada.
