Carlyle Maurice “Erskine” Randall, 69, of Lanexa, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at his hope peacefully in Angeles City, Philippines. Carlyle’s dedication to his country was unwavering as he served in the Air Force for 20 years. His duties took him to various corners of the world, including Thailand, Greenland, and Japan. Carlyle, a cherished father, brother, uncle, and friend, was the fourth of nine children of the late James and Lucy Bernice Randall.
