New Kent County’s Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court has launched a program to assist people who have been the victim of family abuse, stalking, and/or sexual assault. In conjunction with the New Kent Victim Witness program, the Hope Card Program allows individuals to request a wallet-sized card that summarizes the protective order’s most important details. The card is available to anyone with a valid protective order that spans at least 12 months.
